LootKita provides refund protection for transactions through the escrow system. You may request a refund if the product received does not match the description, the seller fails to deliver the product within the specified timeframe, or there are technical issues on the platform that prevent product delivery.
To request a refund, open a dispute through the order page within 24 hours of purchase. Include evidence such as screenshots or relevant descriptions. The LootKita team will review the dispute and make a decision within 1-3 business days.
Refunds are not available for: products that have been used or redeemed, orders confirmed as received by the buyer, disputes filed after the 24-hour window, or transactions made outside the LootKita platform.
Approved refunds will be returned to your LootKita wallet balance. Refunds to the original payment method may take 3-7 business days depending on the payment provider.
If a seller disagrees with a refund decision, they may escalate the dispute. LootKita will act as a neutral mediator and the final decision is binding for both parties.
